Need Advice, Lets us help

I am in agreement with the Higher Courts decision in making the schools liable for sexual harassment or other extreme abusive behavior not handled. Many times the incident is either noticed by an adult employee (ie,teacher.custodian) and it is ignored. If it was "nipped in the bud" so to speak before it escalates into something bigger, then a tremendous amount of pain, suffering, and money could probably be avoided. The unfortunate thing about this, is that the decision came too late. There are a number of adults who have problems this day that can be traced back to "bad experiences" that they had in school.
